1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Beezifi Data Room, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Services

Beezifi Inc. provides a secure document management and collaboration platform, including storage controls, access controls, audit logging, and related account management features. We may add, remove, or modify features from time to time.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for all activity under your account credentials.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
You must promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized access at support@beezifi.com.
You are responsible for enforcing strong authentication and user access controls within your organization.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to:

Violate any law or regulation.
Upload malicious code, malware, or harmful content.
Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
Interfere with service operation, including abuse of APIs, rate limits, or security controls.

5. Billing, Trials, and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed according to the selected plan and billing duration shown at checkout.
Any trial period, if offered, is subject to current product configuration and may be limited to one per account.
If payment is not completed or a subscription expires, access to certain features may be restricted until renewal.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or agreed in writing.

6. Customer Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of all files, records, and other content you upload or store in the service. You grant Beezifi Inc. a limited right to process that data solely to provide and secure the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service and your data handling practices comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

7. Intellectual Property

The service software, branding, and related materials are owned by Beezifi Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your subscription.

8. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other party's non-public confidential information using reasonable safeguards and to use such information only as needed to perform obligations under these Terms.

9. Availability and Support

We aim to maintain reliable service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Planned maintenance, emergency maintenance, and third-party outages may affect uptime.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beezifi Inc. disclaims all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beezifi Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the amounts paid by you to Beezifi Inc. for the service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a way that could harm other users or our systems.

You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Beezifi Inc. is established, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Venue for disputes will be in courts of competent jurisdiction in that location, unless otherwise required by law.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
